J. James Lee

James brings his insurance defense firm experience in personal injury, product liability, habitability, premises liability, and wrongful death cases to assist Pillemer and Pillemer clients in subrogation matters. He has experience in litigation, including jury trials, motions practice, discovery, and depositions. James is a graduate of Georgetown Law. Prior to working in insurance law, he represented indigent clients as a public defender in New Mexico. 

He was also an unlawful detainer and small claims advisor in Sacramento, where he helped people pursue or defend their cases in various topics of civil law.
